Corp Executive Hotels Signs its First Property in Qatar

Corp executive hotels signed today a memorandum of understanding with Mr Ali Abdulah Abdulghani for a beautiful property in Doha. It will be corp's first hotel in qatar.

The demand for top-end hotel accommodations is expected to double by an additional 8,500 rooms by 2010 in qatar. Room rates have already doubled in the past 12 months as people flock to Doha for business and conferences. Average room occupancy too has risen from 69 per cent in 2003 to over 80 per cent recently. More and more leisure tourists are coming to the destination attracted by the luxurious surroundings of planned marinas, quality hotels, beaches and shopping and entertainment districts.
corp Doha will feature 210 rooms along with all other top-notch facilities such a well-equipped business centre, state-of-the-art gym, world-class dining options, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 24-hour room service. The hotel will be ready to welcome its first guests in the beginning of 2011. |
